Our Application Process:

Internship Level Programme

We understand your passion for the travel industry and interest to work in a Travel company like ours. We have an onboarding process that ensures a proper integration into Aspom Travels organizational culture which includes insight into our process flow, business focus, strategy and history. You will be trained to ensure your Human capital is well utilized and productivity on your role.

This is to give our Interns an exciting work experience.

Internship is for a period of six (6) months. At the end of your training, if you meet up to expectation during your assessment, you will be retained and confirmed as Aspom Travels Staff.

 

The Requirements for Internship Level Programme are as detailed below.

Candidate must:

Have IATA certification

Have completed WAEC/NECO with at least 5 credits including Mathematics and English, at no more than two (2) sittings

Must be no more than twenty-six (26) years of age

Must be fluent in English

Intermediate proficiency level in Microsoft Suite applications

 

You will be invited to go through the company’s four-step recruitment process, summarized below:

Step 1: Computer-Based Assessment

Step 2: Pre-Interview Documentation

Step 3: Interview

Step 4: Internship Scheme

 

Entry level Programme

Working at Aspom Travels can be very challenging especially when you do not have prior travel industry experience. We understand your passion for the travel industry and interest to work in a Travel company like ours. We have an onboarding process that ensures a proper integration into Aspom Travels organizational culture which includes insight into our process flow, business focus, strategy and history.

This is to give our Entry level hires an exciting work experience and ensure optimum productivity.

The Requirements for Entry level Programme (ELP) are as detailed below.

Candidate must:

Be a graduate with a minimum of a second-class upper degree (2:1) or HND upper credit

Have completed the compulsory NYSC and possess NYSC certificate

Have completed WAEC/NECO with at least 5 credits including Mathematics and English, at no more than two (2) sittings

Must be no more than twenty-six (26) years of age

Must be fluent in English

Intermediate proficiency level in Microsoft Suite applications

 

You will be invited to go through the company’s four-step recruitment process, summarized below:

Experienced Level Programme

We have an onboarding process that ensures a proper integration into Aspom Travels Organizational culture which includes insight into our process flow, business focus, strategy and history. The Job expectation is well spelt out and you are allowed to bring in your creative thought and actions in improving your work process. This is to give our experienced hires an exciting work experience;

The Requirements for Experienced level Programme are as detailed below.

Candidate must:

Be a graduate with a minimum of second-class lower division from an accredited University

Have completed the compulsory NYSC and possess NYSC certificate

Must have at least 2 years of working Experience in the Travel Industry

Must be fluent in English

Intermediate proficiency level in Microsoft Suite applications
